Before every session, we communicate with you to gather the most thorough impression of your preferences, level of experience, and current means of making coffee. That’s because it’s not enough for us to teach a generalized coffee class in your kitchen. Our mission is to empower you to make your ideal coffee, and our pre-class questionnaires enable a smooth, frictionless session focused on achieving your goals.
Driven by know-how
Gadgets and gear are fun to play with, and some of them surely make brewing easier/faster/tidier…but they are not the reason your coffee is falling short of perfection. Our sessions are designed to elevate your preparation and appreciation of coffee, regardless of the money you’ve spent on your equipment. Coffee is for everyone, and Great Coffee is for anyone with the curiosity to learn what is happening to their brew and how to faithfully hold true to those high standards of brewing.
